Monthly visits for a new prescription for the appetite suppressant are $55.

YOUR FIRST VISIT - $60.00 At your first visit you receive a brief medical exam, as well as a review of your medical history, your diet history and medication you are taking. The $60.00 medical visit fee includes an assessment of your general health and a prescription for the appetite suppressant or another prescription that is not a stimulant. To qualify for the FDA approved appetite suppressant, your BMI (body mass index) must be at least 25 or your body fat percentage is >30%. If you only qualify by a BMI of greater than 25 or body fat % of > 30 with no medical reason to lose weight you must have tried to diet and exercise unsuccessfully for at least six months. We also have other amazing supplements that stop cravings instantly! Fat burner injection on which you can lose up to 17 lbs a month with just the injections and the diet.

Your first visit can be completed in as little as 20 minutes if you have your history paperwork filled out from our website first page, bottom left, and you bring your paperwork with you. LABORATORY TESTS: $35 - We need laboratory tests on your chart. We need a complete metabolic panel, thyroid level and cholesterol panel. If you have had this done at your regular doctor’s office in the past 3 months you can bring them with you or fill out a release of medical records and we can request the lab test from your doctor. If you have not had them done recently, we can do them at our clinic for $35.

EKG $35 - If you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes, we need a recent EKG. Again, if you have had one done recently, we can request it from your doctor or we can do it at our clinic for $35 or if your insurance pays for the excercise stress test with ventilation perfusion you can have that done on a Saturday at our clinic - covered by BCBS, United, Tricare or Medicare. PRESCRIPTION APPETITE SUPPRESSANT - The appetite suppressant we offer is very effective and will make you not hungry and possibly make you have an aversion to food. However, it is a powerful stimulant. You cannot take it if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure – blood pressure that is regularly over 140/90 or if you are on more that 2 blood pressure medications to bring your blood pressure below this level, ANY heart problems, increased pressure in your head, (increased intracranial pressure), or overactive thyroid. Even though YOU think it would be OK for you to take it with these problems it is not medically safe and we will not take the risk to your health by prescribing it for you. We do have other medications you can take to suppress your appetite that are safe with these conditions. In addition, the diet is very effective if you follow it, and it is possible to lose large amounts of weight on the diet alone, with or without the fat burning injections. If your Body Mass Index is less than 25, it is not considered medically necessary for you to have medication, we can help you lose weight very easily withdiet, lipotropic injections or pills, B12 injections or pills.

DIET: - Due to our belief that increased weight is caused by a carbohydrate addiction, we use a low carbohydrate diet. Research has shown that this is the most effective diet for fastest weight loss in 6 months. Since you are allowed to eat as much as you want, if you eat when you are hungry, any kind of meat prepared any way with a green vegitable or a salad with dressing and any kind of cheese etc.you will not be hungry and you will lose weight. We can show you how to modify your current eating habits in a very small way. If you like to eat out, you can easily do so, as long as you modify your selections a little. If you like to cook, we have recipes for you or we can suggest how to modify what you already cook. If you have a family and they are not going to follow the diet, you CAN eat what you cook for them and only have to make a few minor changes to what you eat to lose weight.

EXERCISE – Exercise is great for your heart and if you exercise you will lose MORE weight and more muscle uses more calories which will help keep the weight off. Excercise increases your metabolism. ANY kind of exercise is OK as long as you get your heart rate up to within the fat burning range (70% of max) and sustain it there for 15-20 minutes, five times a week.
